If you like Thai mango salad as much as I do, then this one if for you!
1 cup yellow pepper juice
1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp tumeric
1 tbsp organic peanut butter (optional)
After juicing the peppers, put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix for 40 seconds.
Enjoy while sitting in the sunshine!
