I finally figured out the key ingredient in this smoothie, and it’s definitely the vanilla.
I use a lot of mint in this recipe because I really love it!! You can play with the amount of mint depending on your preference.
3 celery stems
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 vanilla bean (seeds only)
2 tbsp sunwarrior supergreens (or other greens powder)
2 cups or more filtered water
5 ice cubes
blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. The water should reach the 3 cup mark on the blender. Blend until smooth and serve right away!
