I am absolutely obsessed with this smoothie right now. First thing in the morning, it widens my eyes and puts a bounce in my step – Enjoy!
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 2 dates
- 1 dense handful of mixed super greens (I use baby kale, spinach, and chard)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 mandarin + 1/3 of the mandarin skin
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp cold pressed flax oil
- 1/4 tsp spirulina
Blend until super smooth and love life.
