8 ripe bananas
1 cup raw cocao powder
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and then stir in the cocoa 1/4 cup at a time. Place the mixture on a non-stick sheet in the dehydrator for 12 hours at 105 degrees. Flip on to the mesh screen. It should come off the screen without sticking. Dehydrate for another 8 hours. Cut into 1-2 inch squares and continue dehydrating for another 4 hours. Place in the fridge to keep fresh!
