Antioxidant Berry Blend

The recipe for this drink evolved from my regular breakfast smoothie after I realized that I needed to turbo charge my system with vitamins and minerals first thing in the  morning. It gives me tons of energy and starts my day off right.

blueberry-smoothie

1 tsp. coconut meat
1/2 tsp. ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp. chlorella
1/2 tsp. camu camu berry powder
1 ripe banana
1-2 handfuls of spinach
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk
1 cup filtered water

Blend and be happy.
